Cole Slaw
- 16 oz pre-shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cub cider vinegar
- 3 Tbl vegetable oil (or light olive oil)
- 1 Tbl Splenda
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- mix cabbage and onion together
- mix the rest of the items in a separate bowl
- pour over cabbage
- toss to coat
- chill
