Bear's Anecdote - Years ago, Bear's mother sent Jodie and Bear a box of recipes. Here is one from the box.
This is a rather fun recipe. It is very easy, too. Everyone gets her or his own foil packet, and everyone gets to open it as if it were a present or some-such. And Bear is a railroad aficionado and has been almost forever. So, anything dealing with trains and hobos was of interest.

1 (4-oz) beef pattie
1 small onion, sliced
Carrots, celery and/or beans
1 pat butter or margerine
Experiment 1: Dash Worchester sauce
Experiment 2: Dash soy sauce
Experiment 3: 1 clove whole garlic
Experiment 4: Dash of cayenne pepper
Experiment 5: Dash of hot sauce
Experiment 6: 1 dollop of ketchup
Experiment 7: Cherry tomatoes
Experiment ?: Whatever you can imagine
