Clarie Kelley's Fantasy Fudge

Bear's Anecdote - Years ago, Bear's mother sent Jodie and Bear a box of recipes. Here is one from the box.

  1. Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2-1/2 or 3 qt sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reached 234 degrees, stirring constantly.
  4. Do not scorch!
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
  7. Add remaining ingredients.
  8. Mix until well blended.
  9. Pour into greased 9x9 or 9x13-inch baking dish.
  10. Cool at room temperature.
  11. Cut into squares.
