Clarie Kelley's Turkey/Chicken Dressing/Stuffing

Bear's Anecdote - Years ago, Bear's mother sent Jodie and Bear a box of recipes. Here is one from the box.

1. 3-4 c. Croutons (made with diced dried hard rolls)
2. Add enough boiling water to make everything stick together
3. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
4. Add 3/4 to 1 stick melted butter.
5. Add 1 egg.
6. Add a little onion powder and some freshly chopped parsley.
7. Mix it all together.
8. Fry it up in a pan.

This can be frozen.
