Impossible Taco Pie

Bear's Anecdote - A friend of mine from Huntsville, Alabama (Tim P. - It isn't good to give full names on the internet.) gave me a great stack of recipes. Here is one of them.

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilis, drained
• 1-1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. shredded cheese

1. Grease pie plate.
2. Brown ground beef with onions and drain.
3. Add taco seasoning to beef.
4. Put ground beef in plate.
5. Top with chilis.
6. Beat together milk, eggs and bisquick.
7. Pour over top of meat and chilis.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
9. Top with cheese.
10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
11. Cool 5 minutes before serving
