Clarie Kelley's Meat Balls and Gravy

Bear's Anecdote - Years ago, Bear's mother sent Jodie and Bear a box of recipes. Here is one from the box.

  1. When meat balls have browned, remove meat balls from pan.
  2. Add beef bouillon to pan to deglaze it.
  3. Add flour and water mix, and stir to thicken.
  4. Add prepared instant brown gravy and gravy aid.
  5. Add pepper and taste before adding salt.
  6. Return meat balls to pan.
  7. Stir occasionally and may add a little more water, if it thickens too much.
  8. Simmer until you're tired of it. [Bear's mother's words! Not Bear's!]
  9. Serve with riced potatoes and a side of veggies.
