Jodie Kelley's Cheesecake

Bear's Anecdote - This is a lighter cheesecake than usually can be found, and it is oh-so good! It is fluffy and creamy at the same time! Jodie is a connoisseur of cheesecake, and has been modifying a stock recipe to get it just right. We are both of the belief that Americans have too much sugar in their diets, so she made some substitutions. Each time she makes it, she "tweaks" it a little. It is so good, you don't need any fruit topping.

  1. Mix it all together.
  2. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
