1-1/2 c. regular rice
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup.
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup.
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup.
1-3/4 c. milk.
1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler/fryer, cut up.
1 (1-3/8 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix.
Arrange rice in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine mushroom soup, chicken soup and celery soup in large saucepan.
Gradually stir in milk.
Heat over medium heat.
Pour over rice layer.
Arrange chicken over rice.
Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in 325 degree oven 2 hours or until chicken is tender.
