2 lbs. round steak, cut 1-inch thick.
1/4 c. flour.
2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper.
1/3 c. cooking oil.
4 medium onions, sliced.
1/2 c. chopped celery.
1 clove garlic. (Bear asks, only one?)
3/4 c. chili sauce.
3/4 c. water.
1 medium green pepper, seeded and sliced into rings.
Dredge round steak with combined flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in hot oil in 12-inch skillet, removintg meat as it browns.
Add onion.
Saute until browned.
Return meat to skillet.
Add celery, garlic, chili sauce, water and green pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
