  1. Dredge round steak with combined flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in hot oil in 12-inch skillet, removintg meat as it browns.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Saute until browned.
  5. Return meat to skillet.
  6. Add celery, garlic, chili sauce, water and green pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Makes 6 servings.
